Email Marketing & Drip Campaigns
Looking to engage your clients or prospects in a consistent, strategic way? Our marketing team has developed a library of email campaigns designed to educate, re-engage, and inspire action—all while maintaining Western’s clear, helpful tone.
Unfold the details like a secret scroll.
These emails are created and sent through Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)—not Outlook—which means every message contributes to a centralized customer history, helping us better understand interactions across accounts over time.
You won’t be able to access or send these templates directly, but you can request that our team set up and send a one-time email or even an entire drip campaign on your behalf. We’re also building ready-to-go campaigns that can be used for cold outreach or lead nurturing—provide your campaign list, and we’ll handle the rest.

AIA CEU Programs
Western offers educational content in return for continuing education units (CEUs).
Submit a new AIA course for approval.
To submit a new AIA course, please fill out this form. Note: Once we submit your course to AIA, it will take up to 10 days for approval.During the course.
Marketing and sales materials are not allowed during the AIA CEU course. We ARE ALLOWED to put up/discuss branding during the opening introduction slides, break slides, and/or closing slides; OUTSIDE of the primary course materials.) Take-home materials may be offered at the end. Please bring the Sign-in Sheet and forward a copy to Sara Bequette after the presentation.Available courses.

Sara Bequette will report attendance for credit. Attendance “must” be reported within ten business days of the program completion. (We can enter it late if someone forgets to send the info, but AIA assures us that this is a great way to get flagged for a course audit. Which doesn’t sound fun, lol!) To ensure proper credit for AIA members, Sara will need the following information on the Sign-in Sheet:- Program Date
- Presenter(s)
- Course Title
- AIA Member Number (Names help verify a proper match.)

The project profile file numbers are set up like this: BR YR-SQ (Branch Year-Sequence) (Ex: ATL 15-01 was the first project profile for Atlanta created in 2015.) This will help you know when any project profile was created. *The project profiles aren’t dated intentionally, with a few exceptions, so that a slightly older project may be shared and still feel like a current project.
If there are older project profiles that you’d like us to update with current layouts, logos, branch details, etc. simply enter a Marketing Request with the file number(s) and we will take care of that for you.
