IMPORTANT UPDATE: At the request of Operations, the Marketing department is making a slight improvement to our ticketing process. To ensure reasonable expectations and equal time spent on projects, we will begin using the following method:
Each project can receive each of the below changes:
- 2 revisions for design (e.g. brochure layout, color, images)
- 1 revision for written text
- 1 revision for minor edits (e.g. names, time, location)
If unapproved after the changes above are made:
- A call will be scheduled between Marketing and the Final Decision Maker to complete the project together (preferred option)
—OR— - A second ticket will be submitted, allowing the Marketing department to assist the next request
Our goal is to ensure that we are available to help everyone equally and are serving operations with the highest quality possible.
