It’s been said that Western is the “biggest company no one has ever heard of”. Now, that may not be true within our industry, but when it comes to recruiting people… more often than not they are thinking, “Who is Western?” Our hope is to become a more commonly known name!

LinkedIn is specifically designed for career and business professionals to connect. We put content on our page, but rely greatly on each of you to share our content with your network of customers, etc. (We will continue to prepare the meals, but we need you to serve them regularly.)
When using Facebook we focus on recruiting and sharing our culture. (Note: Be sure to let us know when you have recruiting fairs and we will set up an event for you to share! These have done well in the past.)
YOUTUBE
Western’s channel consists of educational videos that explain our services and markets. These videos require a lot of time, effort, and money so our goal is to create a few new videos each year.
We share all things Western. Articles, blog posts, images, etc. Twitter is a fast-paced social media platform so we can share often. We retweet any helpful posts, particularly when Western is mentioned. Want us to see your post? Tag us!
Western recently joined Instagram to share our company culture. We’ve been focusing on creating fun reels! Please send us video clips—we will turn your clips into something fun! To share a photo of your customer event with our page, simply use the following hashtag #WesternSpecialty or #WeAreWestern.
GOOGLE MY BUSINESS
When people search for Western Specialty Contractors, it’s most likely going to land them on our business page on Google. We have been keeping this updated as well.
